These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Jazan Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to software development, blockchain services, IoT, web development, app development, and digital marketing.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use our services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms. You shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

• Violating any intellectual property rights.
• Hacking, spamming, or any activity that disrupts or impairs the performance of our services.

2. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Jazan Technologies, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information when requested.
• Cooperate with us during the project lifecycle to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Promptly notify us of any issues or concerns related to the services provided.

4. Payments and Fees

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the relevant service agreement. Failure to pay for services on time may result in delays, suspension, or termination of the project.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments as provided in the relevant agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials and content created or delivered as part of our services, including software, documentation, and designs, are the intellectual property of Jazan Technologies unless otherwise specified. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our express permission.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property you provide to us for the purpose of receiving services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the provision of services. This includes business plans, technical specifications, and other sensitive information.

Confidential information may only be disclosed if required by law or with the other party’s consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jazan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms will be limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause. If you breach these Terms, we may terminate or suspend your use of services immediately.

You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations that are due prior to termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
