Refund Policy

At Jazan Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our services.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
•Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and do not provide a satisfactory resolution.
•Quality Issues: If the services delivered do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards as defined in the project scope or contract.
•Technical Issues: If the services provided are not functional as promised and cannot be fixed within a reasonable period.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days from the date the issue was identified. You must provide:
•A detailed description of the issue.
•Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request.
Requests should be submitted to info@jazantechnologies.ae. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved:
•Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if the service was not delivered or if it fails to meet agreed-upon standards.
•Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued for services that were partially completed or if there were specific issues with parts of the service.
•Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
•Custom-developed software or services where work has already commenced or been completed.
•Services that have been used or partially used.
•Fees paid for expedited delivery or non-standard requests.
5. Modifications and Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel a project, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations will be assessed based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
